My wife and I are starting today. Is it best to follow the workouts on crossfit.com page exactly? Day for Day.

If you are both just starting, I suggest you start here. The main site will direct you here anyways. Read your activation registration and it will help you begin. Welcome!

There are some basic instructions on how to get going using this forum as a resource in the activation email you received as you signed up.
There’s a copy of those here http://www.crossfitbrandx.com/index.php/forums/viewthread/7478/

As to following .com, there is a discussion here that might be useful

And of course make sure that you use appropriately scaled versions of the workouts.

Thanks, I was having trouble understanding.

I saw in your initial version of this post that you’d done an elements class. That’s great!
I wish everyone would.

You should be right now, just ask about anything else.
After checking the FAQs of course. grin

I posted my workout from yesterday. Handstand// Deadlift. Do you know which workout I should do next? I don’t have access to any rings and I want to follow the main site. The 3 block of WOD would have me doing a WOD with arm ext.
