Haven’t been doing many work outs lately.  Have done a few but didn’t post. Rest seems to be helping knee. Not doing much for shoulder.

This is a Big Dawg WOD.  If you overestimate your abilities, fitness level or as we say work capacity, you can hurt yourself.  It would be way better to walk away from this one feeling like you could go heavier and harder next time than to hurt yourself or worse end up in the hospital.

I have a question on this scaling.  It looks like that the pack mod would be lifting more weight (450 Poods vs 400 Poods)?  I know from experience getting the 2 Pood moving is a PITA compared to the 1.5, but it seems to me that if two people finished with the same time on this WOD the Pack person would be at a greater work capacity.  What am I missing, before I pick a scaling for tonight? I know the Run/Swing combo is a bear and I don’t want to kill myself.

As-fast-as-possible always carries a requirement of “with proper form and full range-of-motion”.  Many people forget this and I see people at my affiliate who cheat movements just to get a few seconds faster on a WOD.  Do you know what they won for their awesome time?  Nothing.—tulatel

Wu: F & J, 2 x Bu wu, 2 x 10 KTE, squats, good mornings

Skill/strenght: Power clean work up to 2x50 - 2x52.5 - 2x55 - 2x57.5 - 2x57.5kg(90%)

Wod:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of:
Row 250 meters
25 Push-ups
7 rounds + 250m + 18 push-ups. Loved every minute of it! Couldn´t get a 19th push-up anyway. Spent! Done!
