Didn’t have time for the workout I planned, did a tabata instead
Box jumps (10”)
20sec on/10sec off
15 for the first round, at least 10 for every subsequent round.
Didn’t quite keep up with my 18yo daughter, but I was close!

25 Kettlebell swings, 16 kg
walking Lunge, 25 steps
25 Ab-Mat Sit-ups
25 Push press, 45 pounds
25 Back extensions
25 dumbel thrusters 16 pound
25 Burpees
25 Single unders

time: 31: 20

All went (reasonable) wel until the thrusters (sub for wallbals)
could not do more than 5 in a set,
the same for the burpees.
almost the same time as last time.
