While I certainly don’t have a six pack by any stretch of the imagination…. since January I have gone from a size 42 pant to size 36 and we’re in a similar size bracket as I was 6’0 270 starting (now down to 225-228lbs).
As others have stated weight(fat) loss is found in the kitchen, determine what your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) there’s calculators online check a few compare values and average and modify your caloric intake to be 500 calories below that average. Cut out bread, pasta, other starchy carb sources for a while and see how that impacts your waistline, it was one of the first things I did and that alone kick-started weight loss. Also realize that there is no such thing as “spot reduction” the body will eliminate fat on its own terms systemically, meaning, you may find your face leans out before your shoulders, before your chest, before your stomach, before your thighs etc, the loss is never specifically from the area you work.
(sorry I know it should probably go to the nutrition section but figured i’d throw in 2 cents)
