so I have missed about a week of WOD because I have had a recourance with carpal tunnel. I had it whe i was a teen, but i rehab’d it and strengthened it, but 10 years later it came to say hi.
So I am dissapointed, I was really enjoying the WOD and the consistancy and the accountability of posting. as soon as I am splinting less and can begin stengthening my wrist I will but its still pretty inflammed. (and i am left hand typing so please forgive any errors). can anyone help me with some ideas other than just running. i can air squat but not with weights yet so i feel like there is nithing i can do.
can anyone come up with some wod i can do without ussing much weight or putting much weight on my wrist.
