Brian,
I would consider that a lucky day…

Can’t find my Deep Purple 8 track… what’s a cassette ?

Jeff has an XM reciever that memorizes so you can play back or record for short bursts…. like a trip into the 7-11.

BBoJ apparently can do magical things.  Playing back songs that have already been broadcast?!?!?!  The work of the dark side I’m sure.  We should probably buren her at the stake.

Actually I don’t turn anyone into newts. My dark side training has recently focused on metabolic nightmares, including rowing a mile running a mile, until you die or pass out… I would turn you into my abused running shoes instead…or maybe the chain on one of the rowers.

Gunner you do not deserve to be either….maybe temporarily just a waffle at waffle house, just for fun.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

Guess who’s back in town?

So the last trip was rather, let’s say - hectic.  Then got back, did my usual “I arrived in the States a week before Christmas” shopping and driving whirlwind, New Year’s in New York (skipped Times Square, thanks but no), and now back to work and getting settled into something resembling a routine.  Life is good, and I’m very, VERY happy to be back in the garage gym as I’m finding out just how deconditioned I’ve become in the last few months.  Never gave up on working out, but I never established a good pattern either.  Time to step down to Pack or lower and get back into it.

Hope all are well, will spend some time catching up on the threads and start looking for work trips that get me in the vicinity of BX!

AWESOME Gunner!! Your garage gym is my inspiration (including redneck squat racks).  Glad you’re back!
