Was too ambitious here.

Tried for 15-12-9 of 50 lbs. deadlift, 25 lbs OHS (smith machine bar plus 2 10 lbs plates)

Looked more like:
50 lbs deadlift, 15 reps broken 9-6
Failed OHS with smith bar + 20 and smith bar + 15, eked out 6 or so with + 10
40 lbs. deadlift, 12 reps
Concede defeat.

Was excited to go again after a decent Angie tuesday, but would have been better off doing flexibility/mobility work, skills and an easy run or bike.

My WOD on 120920

SATURDAY 120915, packish scaling

Five rounds for time of:

10-15 Walking lunge steps, carrying a 95 pound barbell in the front rack position. I did regular lunges with 42,5 kg (94 pound) barbell in the front: 15, 15, 10, 10, 10 reps
30 Double-unders. I did 20 sideway jumps over a regular weightlifting bench, see the pic below.
Time 12:48

In my gym there’s no room to do walking lunges, thus the regular lunges.

I hope the sideway jumps are a suitable substitute for double unders, since I suck with jump rope.
