First and foremost, I’d like to find out where I stand with Oly lifts and popular WODs. I’ve been away from CF for years and hadn’t even touched a WOD up until last week. I don’t have much in the way of equipment, but I make it work.
1) 3 Strict pull-ups. Weight gain and sedentary living has made this difficult, when about 6 years ago I could bust out 10 no problem.
2) 50 consecutive double unders. I don’t know if I ever really tried, but a good rope would make it easier.
3) Run a 5k in 28:00. Ran it in about 32:00 last month. Shaving a few mins by the end of the year shouldn’t be too hard.
4) Continue eating healthy and saving money by eating in and taking lunch to work. Less processed foods, more fresh/whole foods.
