Just had a chance to try this one and it’s amazing and so easy to make:
I just threw it on a bed of Baby Kale, some cheese cubes, half an avocado and some organic Salsa.

Really yummy. I went with shredded cabbage pico de gallo, and guacamole. Husband and son did slider rolls and barbecue sauce. We were all happy.
