horrible work schedule

Hey everyone- i work a night shift 7pm to 7am and have to work out after work in early mornings. I am having a dificult time balancing my food intake during the night time hours and the day time when i actually get up. Also, i feel very hungry before my work out but i dont want to eat because it will obviously set my body into so much confusion. ANY SUGGESTIONS!!??

What’s the weekly/monthly schedule look like? That will help out more. I used to work 12 hour shifts and I can probably give good insight.

i have an alternating schedule, i work every other weekend, so bare with me. But, this coming week i work::::: Tuesday wednesday - OFF:: thursday friday- WORK: Sat, sunday, monday - OFF:: tuesday wednesday- WORK::: Thursday, Friday - OFF::: Sat sunday monday———AND SO ON, like that. Its easier to show on an actual calendar, but thats it.
