What can I sub for rows with distance? The only row we have is seated row with weights.

1.  Running 400m run = 500m row
2.  Airdyne bike 10 cals on AirDyne = 100m row
3.  Sumo deadlift high pull 45#  1 lift for each 10m row
4.  Burpees 1 burpee per row calorie
5.  Be creative. Fnd some whole-body movement, maybe just air squats
