Push ups as per GD Day 33
Pin 4 Max sets - 4 mins rest
14-12-11 - last time was 13-11-10 smile

After push ups was very aware of foot strain again so decided to not do elliptical today

Today did

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
75 pound Shoulder press, 4 reps
75 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 8 reps
75 pound Front squat, 12 reps

7 rounds + SPs + SDHPs + 7 FS

Shoulder presses broken from the 4th round, grip on SDHPs also became a problem and had to break them up 5th, 6th and 8th rounds.

WU: row 1k, 2 X 15 push-ups, sit-ups and squats, 1 X 10 strict pull-ups
Cashout: finished 8th round, 50 mountain climbers and 20 hollow rocks

Warm up: stretching and 9 DL 60kg

WOD 130317 Barraza (pack)
15 mins AMRAP of:
200m run,
9 DL 85kg,
6 burpee ring jumping muscle ups (bottom of rings 7cm above top of head)

Score: 3 rounds + 200m + 9 DL

Tried first couple as full MUs but quickly decided it would take too long. Did this at 11pm after a long day at work and really not feeling it.

Hung towel from pull-up bar for rope climbs. Grip on the towel was the bottleneck. Subbed 4 10# rubber plates for dumbbells- awkward.

Power Snatch. Right knee is playing up.

Kilograms 44-49-54-59-64-69-74 PR 5kg over my squat snatch. Made big improvements to my scoop. Confident I will squat snatch bodyweight next time around (if my knee feels better).

Alternated between a 14 and a 20 pound ball every twenty shots.  Also marked a true ten feet on the wall, it seemed very high so eyeballing it doesn’t cut it.

I was heading out to do more, but about mile 3 my left Achilles complained.  Since I tend to have issues, I stopped and did some Achilles MOBs.
