What types of workouts are good for the morning?

I need some quick morning workouts just to stay fit in the morning so I wouldn’t do any wourkouts later. Oh and it needs to be at least 90 minutes. THANKS!!!!! And have a good day.

I do the main site WODs every morning, Monday through Friday. Between a decent warm up, the WOD, cool down, and then usually a cardio cash out, it is at least 90 minutes. I get to the gym at 3 am, so that is about as “morning” as you are going to get.
