Ooh, here’s an old thread.

Does anyone know of any other CrossPit programs that have gotten started out there? I don’t see any posting on it in the CrossPit forum. Hmm I think I’ll go stir up sh**.

This is still the most awesome class ever. Jason, thanks for putting the same effort into it as when it first started.

I think CrossFit San Diego has “Fight on Friday”.  Santa Cruz (HQ) used to post pictures of their “fight on friday” workouts.
