Pups (but with 800m runs)
800-meter run
Then 2 rounds
25 burpees
20 pull-ups
15 squats
10 kettlebell swings, 24kg/16kg
5 handstand push-ups (progressions)
Then, 800-meter run

I took an extra rest day yesterday because of my sore right calf. Glad I did.  It was a little sore toward the end of today’s WOD, but still better overall.

Sumo Deadlift x3 148 kg /326 lb.
First time lifting heavy sumo. Added 10kg onto 130124 going conventional, equaling my conv. 1 rep max from 121127 Crossfit Total.

WEDNESDAY 130501 2:30 pm start   93 degrees in garage - summer’s coming.

WU: 3 rounds of: Sampson stretch (30 seconds per side), 15 overhead squats with pvc pipe, 15 abmat sit ups, 12 push ups, 15 goodmornings with 45 pound bar, 12 pull ups (strict), 12 dips on dip stand.

WOD;

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps

165 - 205 - 225- 245 - 255 (that is all the weight I have - need to get more).

Felt like I could have done at least 30 pounds higher, maybe more. 

Bonus rounds

Deadlift   205 pounds   10 reps x 2 rounds

Also did some bicep curls and upright rows 30 # dumbbells 3 sets of 10 reps each (throw that in when I have time).

Back might be sore tomorrow.
