Came back to go all out and did chipper…bad idea lol; week and a half off from working out because of my elbow injury.
Walking lunge 80ft
Tuck Jumps 40reps (No jumprope here)
KTE 20rep (this was easier than usual)
Towel Pullups 20reps (I do not have a rope, plus I had to start jumping after five my forearms were finished)
Box Jumps 20’‘? 40reps (This sucked because I do not have a box and have to do it on a bench, getting faster though).
OHS 45lbs 40reps (I did not realize I did not have weight on the bar, but I have issues with this movement still so no weight was fine for me).
Pullups 20reps (All jumping after 4 kipping pull ups because of my grip failing)
Situps 40reps (simple)
So after a week of very light workouts and coming back today, I feel decent. This workout was a killer and I laid down spongebob style on the ground for 5 mins afterwards. Hopefully I can get Elizabeth next.
