Okay, time to get serious with my front squat. I have always struggled with this lift. I went fairly light and really worked to get proper depth and form.

All I have at home are dumbbells.  Cleans broken 18-3, 11-4, 9, all power cleans.  Ring dips kipped, broken 5-4-4-4-2-2, 4-3-2-2-2-2, 4-2-2-1.

Last time this came up I subbed pushups due to aggravated shoulder so no real comparison.
