Had a rest day yesterday, so . . .

regular warm up followed by

Pack-ish
“Nancy”
4 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
30 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

time of 12:55

followed by pull up progression step 9, week 1: 5,4,3,3,3

followed by a 2.25 mile ruck run with 3 liters of water and 4 brick (30 pounds) I was dragging so I adjusted my interval to 2 min walk and 3 min run and ended up with a 12:37 pace and the feeling that I could have done more.  Next time up it to at least a 2 min walk to 3:30 run, or perhaps go back to 1:30 walk to 3:30 run, we’ll see

Did two workouts today -

CrossFit Mamas:
  21-15-9 - for time
    Cleans w/38#
    Bench Dips
  4:44

“Nancy” Puppy Dawg:
  3 RFT -
    Run 400 meters
    15 Overhead squats w/PVC up to 35#
  16:07

VERY disappointed with my “Nancy” results!  I could tell I missed a couple of days working out last week and I think I only did one workout with running.  I could not even finish 400 meters without having to slow to walking for a couple of “blocks” on my treadmill - EVERY round!!  SUCKS!!  I am definitely adding a little running into my daily workouts.  I’ve GOT to get better!  :/

Some days you’re the windshield, some days you’re the bug.  Don’t beat yourself up especially on a two WOD day!  Sheesh…  You’re doin’ great.  Rock on!
