Front Squat 10-10-10-10-10 reps

100-105-110-115-120+125(F@7reps)

I have an inclination, which I didn’t indulge today, to stand around with the bar (i.e., rest between reps (not sets)) when the number of reps in a set goes above about five.  What’s the acceptable amount of time between reps (I would expect this to be about five seconds or so)?  Does it matter as long as I don’t sit down the bar?  Thanks for the advice.

Wednesday may 8th 130508

buttercup. WU was some static stretching and 3 sets of 20 crunches

WO: 3 sets of 5 pushups, then 12-9-6 of assisted pullups with 210 pounds of assist. Time was 5:18. Even this gassed me. Time mostly irrelevant since I can’t even get the basic level complete but I’ll get there.

Cash out was 10 minutes on the elliptical
