21-15-9 Pullups

42-30-18 Pushups (I don’t have the balance to do HSPU’s yet and the gym I’m at doesn’t allow people to place against walls.  If anyone has a way to modify workout, please let me know)

Time:  6:12

Also did 1000M Row, 1 Mile run, 20 pushups, 10 back extensions for warmup.  Not timed.

$in: 30 mins. on recumbent bike, 130BPM Heartrate

After first round, push-ups got weak: regular 2nd round; slog / chest up, then lower body 3rd round.
Pull-ups: very slight push off feet and kip.

Regular warm up followed by

Pack

Handstand push-ups (still doing beginners, but should transition to a box soon)
Pull-ups (all strict pull ups, though not straight)

Time of 7:10

I broke the pull ups out as follows 6,3,3 for 12, then 5,2,2 for the 9 and finally 3,2,1 for the 6.

Followed by pull up progression step 9, week 1: 5,4,3,2,2

Followed by 2.25 mile ruck run back at my usual intervals and at a decent pace.
