3+ hours yard work - pushmower, edger, weed-eater, blower, hedge-trimmer

I was going to do the clean & jerk workout from yesterday, but my back is killing me right now - so looks like I’m done for the day!

If resting during the round is failing, then I failed 3-5. I couldn’t figure out why everyone was using such seemingly low weights until after I “warmed up” with 35#. I started the 45’s on round 3…and hoo ahh, realized it wasn’t going to happen. I wanted to move the weight, although I struggled, I didn’t want to go back down so I broke them up. Next time I should follow the directions better.
