warm up: arm circles, light shoulder, 10 squats with bar, 10 high pulls with 35 lb bar, 10 squats 75 lb, 2 squats 95 lb, static holds for HSPU, 5 pull ups, 10 partial HSPU, 10 SDHP with 35 lb

50 pull-ups on rock climbing grips (30 using 4 finger grip[ 12, 8, 5, 3,2], 20 [5, 5, 5, 3, 2] full grip)
135 pound Back squat, 20 reps (unbroken)
30 Handstand push-ups (read it wrong and did 30 instead of 15. I did 15 unbroken and broke up the rest, which ate up a bunch of time)
45 SDHP

warm up:  3 rounds of 10lb bar ov hd squat x 10, 20 sit ups, 10 supermans, 10 bar dips, stretching.

had to do each exercise as a series of sets. But got them all done.  heading out to do 100 SDHP felt like settimg out to climb a mountain!

Question, would it be wrong to take this exercise and rework it as a three or four round circuit ?
