Skinny and trying to gain lean muscle

im new to crossfit, im looking to build up my endurance and strength along with some lean musle. can anyone give some advice on how to do so?

The answer depends on how much training you have done before and what kind, and also your goals. E.g. are you trying to add muscle mass to look good or to be strong?

The standard answer for someone new to crossfit is to do the WOD regularly for some time (months at least) and then see if one should add something. In combination with proper nutrition and recovery of course.

What Swed said… Do the WOD’s and eat right..

But if you are trying to GAIN lean muscle, you’re gonna have to EAT, a lot. CF will burn the fat, and if your diet is right, you’ll gain the muscle.
