WOD - 130510
Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

15-20-25-30-35 DBs

All rounds unbroken, 2-3 minutes rest per round
Broke form on last squat last round…

Complete the following in 7 minutes: 3 Overhead squats

Two fails were Forward dumps.
CO: MU and DU practice. Close but no cigar on the MU. 10 DU’s in a row doubling my previous best. Keeping the hands close to the body and relaxing were the key. Here comes 15!

Begin with 135, 185, 225 or 255 pounds (or scaleas needed) and increase by 10 pound increments to as heavy as you can within the seven minutes. Do not use a rack.

Home to QE2 drive, first drive, first lampost and back (mile out and back)

Followed by 400m easy walk C/D

Warm up: arm circles, light shoulder, static hold on rings, 10 push-ups, 5 dips

Did not have any where to do regular dips, so did it on rings

Weighted dip 3(25 lb)-2(35)-2(45)-2(50)-1(55)-1(60)-1(65)-1(70)-1(75)


Friday morning fellow workers wanted to see how many push-ups I could do. Did 72, could’ve probably got 3 more.  I have a feeling they are going to ask me again next week.

1st time to do this one.

65, 85, 105,  tried to catch a snake, 115 x 2.5.  snake came back while i was picking up & tried to bite me!

was i supposed to increase by 10# per side?  thats what i saw others do so i did too.
