Begin with 135, 185, 225 or 255 pounds (or scaleas needed) and increase by 10 pound increments to as heavy as you can within the seven minutes. Do not use a rack.
65 to 105.1 in 10# increments
Snatched the weight because I figured that would be most efficient, but then I think that led me to start too low. My snatch needed some work anyway. Failed on the 2nd rep at 105 with about 0:40 left, but I was toast… PR is 115
