Workout Demos?

I can’t be the only one to have noticed that the workout demos appear to have completely disappeared from the main Crossfit website. What happened to them?

They were very helpful for performing the workouts and gathering tips on techniques and safety, particularly if it was an odd/new routine. Hope they just got moved somewhere else….

They stopped about when Games season started. They might resume some time afterward. The Games almost entirely consumes CF HQ and the media team.

Might have to make this an FAQ.

I’ve seen that list, and it’s pretty complete, but not exhaustive. Definitely not as exhaustive as the workouts are creative…
