AM:
So, young guy from work (bodybuilder/globo gym type) asks me to do a pull-up challenge. Ok. 3 pull-ups EMOM for 14 min.
I say: “Ok, easy enough”.
Globo youngster: “Well, let’s make it 5 pull-ups”.
Me: “Ok, let’s go to 21 minutes.”
Results: Globo youngster strugging half-way, smoked at the end.  Me: “Should have gone to 30 minutes.”
