Tuesday 130611 5:00 am start

WU: 3 rounds of: Samson stretch, 15 ohs with pvc pipe, 15 abmat sit ups, 15 goodmornings w 45# bar, 12 pull ups, 12 dips.

WOD:
Pack
21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 55 pounds
Push jerk, 55 pounds

Time = 11:38

SDHP’s unbroken through whole workout,  Push jerks were broken into sets of 5 after first 21. My push jerk with this low a weight ended up more like a push press. I did get a few right as my arms were getting tired near the end of each round.
I thought I was going to be able to do this under 10 minutes, mind is willing but body is weak. Took too many short breaks when I should have kept going.
Several hours later my shoulders and upper arms are still sore. A good feeling.

Cash out - Snatch practice with pvc pipe. Slow motion practice.
