Warm-up: Row 5 mins, DROM, Samson stretch, broomstick snatches
10-10-5 x 2 of air squats, sit-ups, push-ups
WOD:
Hanging Power Snatch
3-3-3-3-3
Loads: 45-65-75-65-65#
Cool down and stretch

75# was a bit much for me to pull and maintain good form. Since I felt like I was lacking, I also completed 100 air squats after the WOD.

cf warmup, then as rx’d. most weight was 95 lbs.

Last set was probably too heavy.  Form really was awful.
