and I mean everything. It will answer every question you have about Crossfit. Enjoy.

Sorry, didn’t see this until now. Metcon is the high intensity/fast paced/higher rep style wod…. What you will usually see here 85% of the time. The strength stuff is a heavy low rep one/two movement wod.  I usually do a strength and a metcon daily but some days are better than others.

I was able to do all 4 rounds unbroken, which tells me that I probably could have used more weight on my deadlifts.  My PR deadlift is 110#.  I know I couldn’t do that much.  Maybe 80 next time?
