I’m kinda hoping this is the right place to post this..
So I started CF 2 days ago. And I just wanted to post some timings and get some general feedback on how well/bad I did.
So my first WOD? was Cindy - but instead of 20 minutes I just did 10 minutes so to break myself in. So I did 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups and 15 squats with 132 lb (including the bar ) and I did this for 5 rounds.
Today I did the Randy WOD and I the 75 snatches with 75 pound in 6.08. Now I don’t know how good that is. Obviously Ive seen a time of 3.22 but that guy was a machine. So any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
