BS- Last week’s 2s@260 were belted; happy to have 5x1@265 w/o. Switched to belt for the last 2 singles, felt my back losing stability. Plan was singles for paused however, wanted to protect the back with belt so I went with 2s. We’ll see how the back feels tomorrow. Day’s pre-plan was to move cDL to Friday…

Planned the WOD, WOD’d the plan. First round unbroken (30sec), all subsequent rounds broken…
Could only muster 5 rounds of this subbing 3 single unders for one double. I still cannot do double unders; not sure what my problem is.
What jump rope are you using? That could be the only issue. I could barely link together 2 DU’s with my old rope, bought a rope by RX and in about 3 weeks, I’m linking 25+. The issue I’m running into now is that my forearms are getting tired and my form breaks which leads to breaking my links.
