Behind the neck jerk.  Last 1 rep max was regular push jerk so I didn’t have a baseline.  It was in dec 2011 so the gap included a year of strength bias

I hit a 240 pound deadlift on July 4th, a 40 pound PR for me and a 75 pound improvement since starting Crossfit.  Still a relative weakling—but that is about 100 pounds above my body weight and I am headed in the right direction.

My 1RM on shoulder press was 140 about 9 months ago, so I’m happy about that. Double unders continually get better, so Annie gets faster, and I was happy as a hummingbird to hit 50 in a row!!

2 rep max front squat 68kg up 1kg from a couple weeks ago

50 kettlebell swings for time @ 16kg time -1:41 5 second PR first time through unbroken I think
