Handstand walk for distance. hold 50 PR 12 sec
Chest to bar weighted pull-up for load - 37.5 PR 7.5 lbs
Snatch 1 rep for load. 105 PR 40 lbs

Post time, distance and loads to comments.

Put up small bale hay on the 4th, about 150 touches, stacked four high
bales were around 60#
