Not feeling the best after being on night shifts and completing C/C running race.
Held back today.
w/up row + LB mobs + 5 PU/10 Push/10 T2B/ 10 OHS bar + burgener drills with PVC and Bar
3 Position with bar, 30,35,40,45kg 60s-2min rest b/t sets (Floor, Mid thigh, hi hang)
then 5 singles @ 50, 55,55,55,55 with 1-2min rest b/t sets
WOD: 10min AMRAP @ 80% effort
1 Rope Climb arms only (half length rope from seated position)
10 Push ups (broken after 3 round!)
15 SDBJ @ 20”(unbroken)
6 Rounds + RC + 7 Push ups
went at 80-85% in the end. Arms only RC kicked me in the pants a wee bit…
C/D 5min easy skip + LB mobs.
Thinking about increasing my strength ex’s in some of my sessions at the gym each week.
