alt. exercises

Im some what new to crossfit and was wondering what some alt exercises are for muscle ups, toes to bar and a few other exercises . I dont have a pullup bar or rings at my house. If its posted somewhere else in this forum please forgive me. Thnak you

cp-225 after 21 reps 115:( if Im lucky
Never quit, even if it takes all night

Yes, the forum isn’t all that mobile friendly,but I don’t have much room to move in the layout if I don’t want to be fighting future upgrades.
