I had to leave to pick up my kids straight from work today. So, I came up with what seemed like I reasonably quick sounding WOD that I could do at work. Little did I know that it would whoop my butt pretty good.
Every other round, run approx 300m (5 rounds)
I did all exercises unbroken, which was nice. But, I rested a good bit between them which wasn’t nice. Overall it was a fun WOD that I look forward to doing again someday when I can get that time down.
