Is there a difference between a Clean and Jerk and a Squat Clean and Jerk?
I just want to make sure I’m not missing something.
No. A “squat clean and jerk” is actually redundant, but it’s to differentiate between a power clean, where you catch the bar and your hips remain above parallel and a clean aka squat clean where you catch in a full squat.

There’s a reason they don’t call it “Fight Gone Good”.
A Clean by default implies the squat below parallel.
A Power Clean means that you caught the bar above parallel.
Squat Clean is actually redundant, but you’ll see it specified because lots of folks don’t know that a clean implies the squat.
