I was finally going to work double unders into a wod, but my good rope broke during warm up.  Runs were basically shuttle runs in the back yard, so I lost a bit of time there. Should have scaled to pack weight.

Didn’t Have a rope or place to run today, So i did the bear complex with 65 pounds and then 4 sets of dead lift starting at 135 and ending at 225

I really wanted to give this WOD a go today. But, as I was warming up a huge thunderstorm rolled in. My rope is outside, not to mention all the running. I decided to save this one for another day. I chose another one of fair difficulty…. at least for me.

I could have done this one much better. I almost met with Pukie after 15 burpees and had to stop for a fair bit of time. I could have been under 20 minutes if I felt better. I also wanted to do double unders, but as I was feeling I did singles just to finish. Oh well, I’ll get it next time.
