No problems, whipped them off one after another

Running

800m warmup, bottom of the squat mobility

1800m run (7:55/7:05 pace)
4:00 rest
1200m run (5:19/7:08 pace)
4:00 rest
800m run (3:26/6:54 pace)
Total: 3800m in 16:40 7:03.5 pace.

Goal was to do 5K worth of running @7:00 pace with basically as much rest as needed, but decided to cut it down a little and work up to that. Room to improve on this.
