Then, 90 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 90 feet (These where all broken. Rested twice in each round).

Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5 reps

45, 65, 85, 115, 125

First time ever doing shoulder presses from a standing position. Went light until the end and still could have went heavier.
