OH walking Lunges with barbel + 2 days later = sore legs

Today I needed to shake the lactic acid off my legs before rest day:
30 min run - 4.15 miles @ 7’13 pace
Passed 5k @ 22’39 mark

In Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica for the next 27 days. Not much in the way of equipment, but I’ll make it work.

Tabata Vacation 1
20 work, 10 rest, 1 min between each exercise.
Single unders, 8 cycles
Tuck Jumps, 8 cycles
Squats, 8 cycles
Stretching, walking for cool down.
Didn’t really count reps, but definitely sweat quite a bit. Lots of humidity here in the jungle.

Tomorrow, I’ll be getting a nice 30km total bike ride to and from Manzanilla if the rain isn’t too bad.
