Still suck at Push-ups. They went 18-11-10-9-9-9-9-9 on a 20” box. My 1RM bench press is around 95kg / 210lbs. Not sure if it needs improving, does it seem kind of low?

210lbs does not seem low to me, but work at it if you want to improve it. I was in your position 2 months ago and I started doing bench a little more in my strength programming and I just did 6 reps at 225lbs this past week.

Thanks.  You did pretty well yourself.  cool smile  I give some credit to my wife, who read off my “goals” for each round based on what I did on 130721.  I tried for one more of each rep completed in that WOD.  That made things much more manageable.

I agree the wife counting makes a difference. Also glad to see another TN crossfitter so close. We live in Kingsport.

Can’t gauge distance on rower so I chose to row an hour flat

My typically 2000 meter average is about 7 min. That’s about 8.5 rounds of 2k meters = roughly 17k. Probably subtract 1000-1500k due to tests.
