Saturday August 3rd:

62 miles bike ride with the West Valley Cycle group
PR on first half - 26.3 MPH (thanks to all the workhorses upfront!)
Second half was fast as well… 35 MPH down broadway… And no letting the
Off the pace !!!! The last climb to Verado was brutal but we made it!

For the whole ride including warmup and sort of Cool down 24.2 MPH avg.
