Kept my weight lower today due to legs still being smoked from tabata something else. Watched my form and focused on a light touch and go.

I spent 2 hours doing yard work then rested for 30 minutes before doing the WOD.  I ate breakfast (meat and eggs) an hour before the yard work and then nothing until after the WOD.  I think I was just low on energy. I had a hard time getting my rhythm with the thrusters (all but the last round broken a lot).  I should have used my wrist wraps because the high volume of thrusters caused my wrists to get sore.
