Warm up: 10 mins hip/leg mobilisation and stretching, 50 squats

Strength:
Front squat kg: 10x20, 5x45, 5x65, 5x70, 5x75
Back squat 20x65kg

Metcon <10:
10 mins as many reps as possible of: HSPU (head to 14cm block), every minute do 20 double unders
Score: 21
Last time I completed 35 HSPUs in 6 mins with 40 single unders every minute. This time with DUs I has 3 rounds run over (i.e. no HSPUs) and was down to 1 or 2 HSPU reps at the end

Skills: HSPU practice, max push ups: 25

Wife gave birth to our second child - Isabel! Whoo raay! grin

In the mean time no training, just spending time with family. Today was first day of moving… I needed too!

TGU practice, Goblet Squats, Push ups, RKBS plenty of rest nice, easy work.
