LOL

Gotcha.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

I got my shin guards! (Yayyy!)

Head Gear on the way. Do I need the cage? If so I have to wait another month to order it. :(

I like the cage. It makes me practice harder and better. I have only practiced 2 times with wearing a cage. I made improvements both times. It has been a while and I feel like I have suffered. (Did I just say, I have suffered by not being hit. Oh no)

As I get older I find I only have two major problems.  First, my memory seems to be going.

hehe.

Thanks for the input! I did wear a cage the first time I ever went to sparring. I definitely need either a cage or I need contact lenses.

You know where I stand on the cage. I like it and totally think it is worth the expense. Keep the face pretty…KEY. My arms, elbows and knees may look like they fought with a cheese greater and lost but gosh darnit, my face will go unblemished…well, mostly.
