Going into this, I knew I could do 100 sit-ups and 100 squats with good form, but no way do I have the upper body strength (yet) to do the pull-ups and push-ups, so I settled on 50. The pull-ups were quite broken, and toward the end it was questionable whether or not my chin cleared the bar. Nose-ups, eyebrow-ups, forehead-ups. My push-ups got wormy on the way up, but I maintained a solid plank to floor.
After reading GDs advice, I will cut back to 25 and focus on form next time, sprint.
