That will test the old lungs out. I see a few things have changed about you . Happy birthday, Congrats on a New Daughter, and putting on some muscle mass. 180lbs. Big change from 165 Lbs. Have A great day. Old timer LOL

I have decided I no longer want to compete at 165 the diet was murder!

I’ll bet it was .Were you competing in Powerlifting at that weight Or Krav maga ? Pretty light for 5’11”

Power lifting.  I am naturally 175 dropped to 160 to compete.  Shooting for competing next year at 181 or 198.  Feeling pretty good at 180 and my metcon is still good, so I might push up a bit.

Most guys who do 165 are 5’6” and below with excellent levers and thick muscle mass. Guys your height go 181-308. I know the heavier weight conflicts with the Crossfit. 181 seems to be a good trade off, At least you can eat once in a while, Maybe even tip an occasional frosty adult beverage LOL You might even consider 90kg class and push your Dead back over 227.5 kg. All lifes problems can be solved by heavy deadlifts after all grin
