I’m curious if strictly following the WOD’s is the best way for me to win.
The determination of “best” might only be assessable in hindsight. I looked at a few of the videos and I didn’t see any movements that are not included in CF WODs. It would seem to me that following the mainsite is a very reasonable training method. That said, if you’re a real firebreather then you might consider adding Strength Bias or CF Football.
Out of curiousity, what does one win in this competition? I ask because training for a $250,000 prize may be quite different than training for a water bottle and free membership. Nothing wrong with either, but the potential investment of time and money will differ.
